Run with knowledge, reading and expanding your great capacity for thought.
Run for the adrenaline rush; jump down cliffs, trek mountains, swim in waterfalls, swim with fishes, dive in caves, & enjoy the scenery with your body dangling on a string.
Run for love; Make sure the qualities you fell in love with is able to sustain & tide through a long long journey. & make sure this attachment is strong enough to forgo differences. Embrace the big 'D' with understanding & forgiving arms.

I never understood the fascination over them. To me, it's something so standardized. You seen them once, you seen them all. No?
