So anyway, EXAMS ARE OVER. I can safely say that I’ve channeled in quite an amount of effort on my part and thank god luck was on my side because I did selective studying and what was predicted turned into reality! Thank you Kaye! Pretty confident I’d do well. Let’s hope this paragraph of words doesn’t jinx it.
It was a fruitful weekend, running errands and ticking boxes off my checklist. Now it’s down to insurance and vaccinations. Urgh, I’m such a baby when it comes to long needles. Besides that, I’ve been on this National Geogrpahic video marathon. It’s amazing how much general knowledge I’ve acquired over a span of 2 days!
Went on a brisk walking trail with my dad. The 6km we covered made me gain precious insights in the business workings, tactics and how I should go about if I eventually decide to settle for an overseas university.
Anyway, some stuff from books I've been reading which has stuck in my mind
'Humans have this tendency of short term thinking which has gotten many into trouble'
'What may be logical for many might be madness for the few'
